MANGO SOUR
Bitterness 0 of 10. Sour summer mango is a local classic. A German Gose' is a sour made with salt. This beer is made in that style, except we used 5 gallons of filtered ocean water right off the coast of Kauai (ask us where). The saltiness of the beer is balanced by the sweet Alphonso Mango, as well as a little bit of milk sugar to give it that final touch of sweetness.
4.1% abv.
CHILI PEPPAH WATAH RICE LAGER
Bitterness 2 out of 10. Brewed with Hawaiian chili peppers and with a dash of Hawaiian sea salt. Just a perfect touch of heat.
4.8% abv.
WEST SIDE WIT
Bitterness 3 out of 10. This organic classic Belgian witbier is incredibly refreshing and light. Brewed with organic malts from Admiral Maltings in California, we added organic coriander with local orange, lime and lemon peels. Perfect for a beach day out on the west side!
5.9% abv.
UNCLE NELSONS RYE IPA
Bitterness 6 of 10. Loads of malted rye help make tor one of the most flavortul beers we have ever made! Combine that with a whole lot of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin Hops and Oregon grown Citra hops. Basically a fruit salad of tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Balanced with a decent bitterness.
4.5% abv.
SOUTHSIDE IPA
Bitterness 8 of 10. West coast style, nice and hoppy with Huell Melon, Mosaic and Moteuka hops. The perfect after surf beer!
5.4% abv.
DAS BIER
Bitterness 1 of 10. Smooth easy drinking German dark lager. Made in the traditional style it has rich notes of chocolate, coconut, dried fruit. One of the smoothest beers we have made.
6.6% APV.
KOKE'E IPA
Bitterness 6 of 10. This is a west coast style IPA with a twist! Fermented at cooler temperatures using a lager yeast makes for a super crisp, dry beer that's a pleasure to drink. Citra, Centennial and Mosaic hops bring the floral bitterness you love in a classic IPA.

RICE POUNDER LAGER
Bitterness 2 of 10. Your new favorite easy drinker. This is a classic lager, crisp and smooth with a super clean finish.
