Bitterness 2 of 10. This Mexican lager brewed with Agave, Maize, and Coriander and a splash of lime. Super Crisp and Crushable. Cruising on a sunny day out at Polihale is what this beer is made for.

RICE POUNDER LAGER
Bitterness 2 of 10. Your new favorite easy drinker. This is a classic lager, crisp and smooth with a super clean finish.
9.9% ABV.
STOUTING HORN
Bitterness 2 out of 10. What's better than Belgian chocolate! This big Belgian Imperial chocolate stout is brewed with local Lydgate Farms chocolate. Nice and dry, this beer has big chocolate flavor without the sweet. 12 oz pour in stemmed glass.

HOWZIT HAZY IPA
Bitterness 1 of 10. Say howzit to our easy drinking Hazy IPA. Enjoy the smooth tropical notes from El Dorado, Citra and Azacca Kohia Nelson hops.

UNCLE NELSONS RYE IPA
Bitterness 6 of 10. Loads of malted rye help make tor one of the most flavortul beers we have ever made! Combine that with a whole lot of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin Hops and Oregon grown Citra hops. Basically a fruit salad of tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Balanced with a decent bitterness.

DAS BIER
Bitterness 1 of 10. Smooth easy drinking German dark lager. Made in the traditional style it has rich notes of chocolate, coconut, dried fruit. One of the smoothest beers we have made.
