CHILI PEPPAH WATAH RICE LAGER
Bitterness 2 out of 10. Brewed with Hawaiian chili peppers and with a dash of Hawaiian sea salt. Just a perfect touch of heat.
4.0% abv.
KOLOA SUGAR MILL LAGER
Bitterness 2 of 10. In fond memory of the Old Koloa sugar mill, we brewed this golden lager with fresh pressed cane sugar, and added some local ginger and mamaki tea making this a real easy drinking taste of the island.
4.2% abv.
PICKLED MANGO SOUR
Bitterness 0 of 10. Sour summer mango is a local classic. A German Gose' is a sour made with salt. This beer is made in that style, except we used 5 gallons of filtered ocean water right off the coast of Kauai (ask us where). The saltiness of the beer is balanced by the sweet Alphonso Mango, as well as a little bit of milk sugar to give it that final touch of sweetness.
9.9% ABV.
STOUTING HORN BARREL AGED
Bitterness 2 out of 10. Aged In Koloa Rum Barrels, with Lydgate Farms Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Beans. This smells and drinks like a big California Cabernet. It hits you up front with big notes of bright raspberry, dark cherry and vanilla, and finishes with dark chocolate and oak. 12 oz pour in stemmed glass.

WAIMEA WEE HEAVY
This amber is in honor of beloved Hawai’ian Princess Ka’iulani who was half Scottish. Malty and smooth with a touch of roast, inspired by the wonderful beer of Scotland.

COUNTRY TIME
Bitterness 4 of 10. Originally brewed out in the country, this crisp, refreshing beer was waht Belgian farmers finished their day with. A humble beer with huge flavor.
6.7% abv.
EASY BRAH IPA
Bitterness 7 out of 10. An easy drinking IPA kettle hopped with Loral and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Cold fermented for extra smooth hop vibes. An IPA for Kauai.

DA POUNDER
Bitterness 2 of 10. Your new favorite easy drinker. This is a classic lager, crisp and smooth with a super clean finish.
7.2% abv.
HONEY GIRL HAZY IPA
Bitterness 2 of 10. Brewed with local Koloa wild honey keeping the body light, this was triple dry hopped with100% New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin Hops. Aromatic, plenty of sweet notes of
tropical fruit, bright citrus, and vanilla.
