Bitterness 2 out of 10. Aged In Koloa Rum Barrels, with Lydgate Farms Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Beans. This smells and drinks like a big California Cabernet. It hits you up front with big notes of bright raspberry, dark cherry and vanilla, and finishes with dark chocolate and oak. 12 oz pour in stemmed glass.

Bitterness 1 of 10. Smooth easy drinking German dark lager. Made in the traditional style it has rich notes of chocolate, coconut, dried fruit. One of the smoothest beers we have made.

Bitterness 2 of 10. Brewed with local Koloa wild honey keeping the body light, this was triple dry hopped with100% New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin Hops. Aromatic, plenty of sweet notes of
tropical fruit, bright citrus, and vanilla.

Bitterness 3 out of 10. This organic classic Belgian witbier is incredibly refreshing and light. Brewed with organic malts from Admiral Maltings in California, we added organic coriander with local orange, lime and lemon peels. Perfect for a beach day out on the west side!

Bitterness 0 out of 10. This super smooth IPA brewed with wheat and oats has pineapple terpenes layered over tons of Sabro, Bru-1 and Azacca hops for a huge pineapple hit. You might catch another whiff too, let us know if you catch it!
